Monitor the Jakarta MRT using Google Maps

By Admin - 19 April

Users of Jakarta's Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) transportation mode can now monitor train travel easily using the Google Maps application. Google Indonesia announces that Google Maps now contains information about the Jakarta MRT trip, such as information about routes, schedules and arrivals, covering the route Lebak Bulus Station to the Indonesia Hotel Roundabout (HI). The information above can be accessed through the Transit feature in the Google Maps application. Transit is a feature containing the first public transportation information in Indonesia available on Google Maps. Previously, Transjakarta bus travel route information was also integrated into the Transit feature on Google Maps.

Users simply fill in both the departure and destination locations on Google Maps to get route information and station names. Users can also see what time the train will arrive at the station of choice, along with estimated travel.
